Kristine Chadwick

Chief Learning Officer

As Chief Learning Officer, Dr. Kristine Chadwick oversees the Inflexion’s research portfolio, knowledge management systems, and continuous improvement processes. She has more than 30 years of experience in research and program evaluation in the arenas of education and collective impact initiatives. Her work with local, regional, national, and international organizations has centered on ensuring research supports the growth and improvement efforts of her clients. She specializes in bringing an appreciative, asset-based lens to research and evaluation, continuous improvement, and organizational learning.

Kristine’s passion is knowledge utilization to support school transformation and Inflexion’s mission and operational excellence. She believes disciplined inquiry and reflection, undergirded by strong knowledge management systems and a continuous improvement mindset, are essential for organizational effectiveness. From her doctoral study of the emergence of community leaders to her current focus on supporting leaders in education, she strives to identify and disseminate evidence-based promising, culturally relevant practices and organizational structures and processes that improve communities, schools, and student experiences.

Kristine earned her doctorate in experimental psychology, with emphases in program evaluation and organizational theory and behavior, at the University of Rhode Island. She also holds a Certificate in the Advanced Study of Evaluation from Claremont Graduate University and a Certificate in Strategic Management from DePaul University.
